Terms of Service

Access to and use of nexuscybergroup.com is subject to these Terms of Service. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. All products listed are commercial enterprise software solutions. Subscription agreements are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSA) executed between Aussi-Nexus Group and the subscribing organisation.

• All subscriptions require a minimum 12-month initial term unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• GST is applicable to all Australian entities as required by Australian law.
• Annual billing discounts are available and stated per product tier.
• No refunds are provided after service activation except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Patent applications have been filed under Australian patent law. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or circumvention of any product technology is strictly prohibited.

Nexus Cyber Group products are licensed for defensive cybersecurity operations only. Use of any product for offensive operations, unauthorised access to third-party systems, or any activity in violation of applicable law is prohibited and will result in immediate licence termination.
